(Back to Top) Product Information Are your shirts made in America? Partially; the blank shirts we get from our manufacturers may be assembled in other countries, but the cotton they use is grown and woven in the USA. The shirts are designed, printed and processed in Arizona. Shrinkage All of our shirts are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Even though they are “pre-shrunk”, they may shrink about half a size when washed. Try to wash them in cool/cold water and tumble dry on medium heat, or hang them or lay them flat to dry. (Sure you will.) Sizes & Specifications: The shirts we use are made from the highest quality cloth on the market, are 100% Cotton* and are screen printed to assure longevity and a to have a superior look. Our Standard Tee is a 6.1 oz name brand product.*Exceptions: The Athletic Heather and Ash tees are a blend of cotton and polyester, but the blend is mostly cotton (90/ 10%). And, sometimes the ladies shirts are a slightly lighter weight (5.6 oz). If you're unsure what size to buy, try measuring a similar shirt that you already own, that fits well, and compare the measurements to those on the size chart.

Payment We strongly encourage using secure online payment. We accept most major credit cards directly and via PayPal. We also accept certified funds, personal and company checks. However, if you choose to pay by check, we will not process your order until you check has cleared. (Approximately 10 working days.) When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. What name will appear on my credit card billing statement? ThankASoldier.US/PayPal will appear on your credit card billing statement. Is the site secure...? Absolutely, our credit card payments are processed through PayPal, one of the most secure credit card processing systems on the web. How do I place an order if I don't have a credit card? To pay via check or money order, please email your order in and specify that you will be mailing your funds to the address (above) or as given on our Contact Us page. If you wish to phone your order in, please have the item numbers you wish to order ready, and then call us at 1-866-603-3462. How long does it take to ship my order? For standard delivery ThankASoldier.US uses USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping charges will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart area of this site. We also offer USPS Express Mail UPS and FedEx shipping services for bulk orders or expedited deliveries. Additional costs will be charged. Please contact us for more information. Note: Because we offer so many options for your shirt; style, color, size, logo and text options we are restricted to a print on demand method. So, we accumulate orders over a week's period and the following week we begin the production and shipping process of the preceding week's orders. It usually takes about 3 to 5 days to process and mail your order, and then it can take between 2-5 days to get there, depending on the shipping method and location. Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes, we ship to 45 countries worldwide and to US military APO's anywhere. What are the shipping charges outside the U.S.? For international delivery, additional shipping fees apply. We will contact you via email with the exact amount once your order has been placed.

Then select the quantity of shirts you want, next, choose the color you want from those that are available. After that, choose the size needed. Here's the best part! You can choose the person you want to thank from the choices given! Click the “ADD” button and you will see your choice listed below the selection area in the “Mini-Cart”. If you want to buy more shirts, just start the process over again and click “ADD”. See, easy!
I am having trouble ordering a shirt...
Computers and the internet can often be a challenge, even for us. If you are having difficulty, please be sure that you are following the instructions and haven't left any of the required fields blank. If that still doesn't help, we will gladly take your order over the phone, by fax or plain old email. Or, you could ask the neighbor kid for some help. We do. I just placed an order but now I want to cancel. No problem. However, if your credit card has already processed it has already cost us money. This expense may be passed onto you, which will be shown in the refund amount on your credit card statement. We try to refund cards ASAP but can take up to 7 to 10 days.
(Back to Top) Returns & Exchanges If you are dissatisfied with your order, if the product has been damaged in shipping, or you need to exchange it, please contact us via email at info@thankasoldier.us, or call 1-866-603-3462 for merchandise return and replacement instructions. Once a return has been authorized and the article has been received at our facility, we will replace it or credit your account.
I ordered the wrong shirts...so now what do I do? If you need to exchange the item for a different size or color, return it to us and we will gladly replace it with the preferred size and color, however, additional shipping costs will be charged. If there was an error on our part, return the item to us and we will replace it free of charge. We have sizing and care information available on this page for sizing your convenience. Wholesale Information We currently do not offer wholesale or quantity discounts due to the fact that we are committed to donating a large percentage of our sales to military support organizations. We do, however, offer bulk shipping for large orders. This option could save you money.
